Troubleshooting

1. When arriving at the scene, first check whether the parking brake is normally released and whether the seat switch is normal. Through the diagnosis check, the handbrake and seat switch are working normally.
2. Check whether the gear input signal is normal. Check through the diagnosis menu 2.1, the forward and backward input signals of the shift handle and the aviation handle gear control button are all normal, but the input neutral has a value of 1, indicating that the locomotive has always had a neutral input.

From the above gear control principle diagram, it can be seen that the forward, reverse and neutral signals of the DRU450 reach stacker can be controlled by the shift handle or the aviation handle respectively. It is necessary to determine which handle always has the neutral signal output.
4. Disconnect the gear shift handle and the aviation handle gear plug respectively to check the abnormal neutral output signal. The final inspection found that the output neutral line 13105 of the aviation handle gear button always has an output, and the control unit preferentially selects the neutral gear, causing even There is a forward or reverse signal input, and the locomotive also maintains a neutral state.

Solution

Replace the gear control button of the aviation handle, and the test run is normal.
