In this way, the forward, reverse and neutral parking of the forklift can be controlled by controlling the current of the electromagnet.
Forklift solenoid valve installation precautions
1. When installing, note that the arrow on the valve body should be consistent with the flow direction of the medium, and the forklift solenoid valve should be installed vertically downward;
2. Forklift solenoid valve should be guaranteed to work normally within the fluctuation range of 15%-10% of the rated voltage of the power supply voltage;
3. Thoroughly clean the pipeline before installing the solenoid valve of the forklift. The medium should be free of impurities. Install or replace the filter or filter before the valve;
4. When installing, be sure to pay attention to the small O-ring on the solenoid valve of the forklift truck, and then tighten the screws of the solenoid valve of the forklift truck;
5. After the solenoid valve of the forklift is installed, it needs to be energized for several tests before it can be put into use after it does not leak oil.
