Since the solenoid valve is controlled by a switch signal, it is very convenient to connect with an industrial computer. In today’s era when computers are popular and prices drop sharply, the advantages of solenoid valves are even more obvious.
The stainless steel solenoid valve is an automatic basic component used to control the direction of the fluid, which belongs to the actuator; it is usually used for mechanical control and industrial valves to control the direction of the medium, so as to achieve the control of the valve switch. There is a closed cavity in the solenoid valve with through holes at different positions. Each hole leads to a different oil pipe. In the middle of the cavity is the valve, and there are two electromagnets on both sides. Which side of the magnet coil will be attracted when the valve body is energized. To which way, by controlling the movement of the valve body to block or leak different oil discharge holes, and the oil inlet hole is normally open, the hydraulic oil will enter the different oil discharge pipes, and then the oil pressure will push the oil cylinder The piston, the piston drives the piston rod, and the piston rod drives the mechanical device to move.
In this way, the mechanical movement is controlled by controlling the current of the electromagnet. Only the solenoid valve is completed by using electromagnetic force to act on the iron core sealed in the magnetic isolation sleeve of the electric control valve. There is no dynamic seal, so the external leakage is easy to block.
