What Are The Protection Devices Of Fixed Cranes
The protector of stationary cranes in port machinery is a safety protector for stationary cranes to avoid overweight, also known as lifting weight limiter. Its safety function is to stop the lifting posture when the lifting load of the fixed crane exceeds the rated current, thereby preventing safety accidents caused by overweight. Overload limiters are commonly used on fixed cranes and lifting platforms for accumulating chain types. Some types of jib fixed cranes (such as vertical fixed cranes, portal fixed cranes) use overload limiters and torque limiters in conjunction with each other.
