The multi-way reversing valve group of horizontal directional drilling rig is composed of 3 valve plates, which respectively control the rotation of the motor, the rapid advance and retreat and normal advance and retreat of the propulsion cylinder, and the hydraulic clamp. There is a diverter valve inside the valve group, which divides the pressure oil into three paths, one path passes through the rotating valve plate to the hydraulic motor; one path passes through the normal advance and retreat valve plate to the propulsion cylinder; the other path leads to the hydraulic clamp. Throttle valve (fine adjustment) to adjust the propulsion speed. The fast forward and backward valve plate can combine the large flow pressure oil of the rotating oil circuit into the propulsion cylinder to realize rapid forward and backward. The drill bit is a three-wing hard alloy three-level combination drill bit. The diameter is divided into φ65mm center drill bit, φ87mm second-level drill bit and φ115mm third-level drill bit. The diameter of the drill pipe is φ42mm and the length is 800mm. It adopts conical thread connection, which has the advantages of high strength, easy disassembly and assembly, and good neutrality.
